III. After-sales Time-limited Service Commitment

4、For instruments under 10kg, faults will be solved within two days, or alternative equipment will be provided for temporary use until the defective unit is repaired.
5、For instruments over 10kg, faults will be fixed within three days, or alternative equipment will be provided for temporary use until maintenance is completed.
6、All sold equipment enjoys 3 years of free maintenance, lifelong repair service, long-term spare parts supply and free software upgrades.
